大阪大学附属病院研修医、星ヶ丘厚生年金病院神経科医長、大阪船員保険病院神経科精神科部長、大阪大学大学院医学系研究科精神医学講師、大阪大学附属病院病棟医長、同外来医長、大阪府立看護大学総合リハビリテーション学部教授、大阪府立大学大学院総合リハビリテーション学研究科教授、大阪自彊館診療所長などを経て現職
